Sick Week!

Candace and the girls came out to our house ALL week last week (like 7 AM to 5 PM!) to take care of us while I recovered from getting my gall bladder yanked! 5 kiddos kept her running but we had fun ;) Painting shirts, playing outside, building a super fun play house from cardboard and having picnics on the high school bleachers in the FREEZING cold Montana "summer". They were a great nurses...we couldn't have done it without them...!

This one's for you, Noah...

This will surely lull him right to sleep...

Lately We've Been...

Hanging out and looking CUTE in matching PJ's...

Napping with the kitty who is supremely patient when I "pet" him...

Taking bike rides to the river in the exciting new bike trailer (and Sylas is sitting on a pillow...he's not really as big as Isaac)...

Throwing endless sticks for the dog to swim for to try and rid her of her boundless energy...
And of course learning how to skip rocks from Dad, the king of rock skipping...

I love good days at home! The shoes were what Isaac picked to wear outside this morning. Yeah...no.

Sylas was happily entertained by his first biter bisquit while we slaved away at the driveway...which led to major sticky face...which led to a bath...

Aaah...Home Ownership...

Saturday we started the exciting job of tearing out our driveway so that we can put in a fence and have a bigger yard...Holy backbreaking slave labor! We got, oh, about a third of it done and we might just be getting a quote to come have a backhoe do it versus our one-shovelful-at-a-time method. We shall see...
