Our New Favorite Snack...YUMMO!
INGREDIENTS
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup raisins, apples, coconut etc. (optional)...but we love like broken Oreos, peanuts, chocolate chips, you know, basic unhealthy cookie stuff. Only use the cinnamon if you're doing the raisins or apples
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup raisins, apples, coconut etc. (optional)...but we love like broken Oreos, peanuts, chocolate chips, you know, basic unhealthy cookie stuff. Only use the cinnamon if you're doing the raisins or apples
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in the honey, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well using your hands. Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bars begin to turn golden at the edges. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars while still warm. Do not allow the bars to cool completely before cutting, or they will be too hard to cut.

Kisses! And a haircut...
Candace cut my hair for me today (woo hoo for free haircuts!) and this --->
was our audience...all camped out on the bathroom counter. Ahh the life of moms...
But it actually turned out...shocker, huh?

Cousins!
We spent a few days in Missoula this week where the boys spent most of their time running around in black crowns (we were out of every other color of construction paper...) Classic!

Don't You Eat Breakfast in Your Bike Helmet???
We got the bike out yesterday and Isaac has made sure he's prepared to safely ride again whenever he gets the chance...even if we're not even done with breakfast...

Poetry for the birthday girl..ala tammy (but a sonnet like this will make Carmy and April jealous)
Happy Birthday Michal!
We love you lots and lots
Now that you're a mama you are especially hot
(just like us)
We cannot wait to see you
And kiss on little Noah
But since we're not there
We thought that we would show-a
(you a picture of us)
We think you're twenty six
(but maybe twenty seven?)
if we could be there with you
then that would just be heaven
But have a happy birthday
Cake and ice cream too
You're fun and sweet
ifweweretherewe'dtakeyououttoeat
...we're thinking of you! Love, us

Sick Day!
After much coughing and hacking and having a huge fever we decided it was a good day to hang out in pajamas (entirely mismatched) and watch TV...This can help any problem

They'll love these pics when they're older...
Since Carmen posts nudity on her site I decided we should join the party. Notice the calender poses...all frontals are tastefully obscured...ah ha ha
